Contact CCT from abroad
If you are overseas, offline, or without your own phone, here is how to reach Crest & Cove Travel.
Before every international trip, save this section as a screenshot and print one copy for your travel folder. If your phone is lost, dead, stolen, locked, or has no service, you still need a way to contact your advisor, your airline, your hotel, your cruise line, and emergency services.
Primary CCT contact details
Save these before departure. If you are using another person’s phone, a hotel phone, an airport desk, or a cruise guest-services desk, show them this section.
Fastest way to dial from most mobile phones
On most mobile phones, press and hold 0 until the plus sign appears, then dial the U.S. country code, area code, and number.
Open country dialing guide Use this only if a hotel, airport, cruise ship, or local phone asks for an international dialing pattern.
The simplest option is usually the mobile shortcut: +1 plus the CCT phone number. If a phone requires an international exit code, use the instructions below.
Crisis and disruption guide
If something goes wrong, do not panic, document everything, and contact the right people in the right order.
Large travel disruptions can come from weather, cyber or technology outages, airline shutdowns, strikes, government actions, medical events, supplier failures, or destination emergencies. The goal is not to react emotionally. The goal is to stay safe, preserve options, and keep communication clear.
The calm response sequence
Use this order when flights are canceled, a carrier stops operating, airport systems go down, or a destination issue affects your trip.

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online myself?

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online myself?
Working with CCT
A travel advisor helps you compare options in context. A website can show a price, but it may not explain why one resort, cruise line, room category, connection, supplier rule, or travel window is better for your actual trip.
Crest & Cove Travel helps with trip fit, supplier selection, timing, documentation reminders, special requests, destination considerations, and realistic expectations. The value is not just booking. It is helping you avoid expensive assumptions before money is committed.
Why may a planning or consultation fee apply?
Working with CCT
Why may a planning or consultation fee apply?
Working with CCT
Some trips require meaningful research before a quote is useful. A planning fee helps protect the time spent reviewing options, comparing suppliers, checking trip fit, and building a realistic recommendation.
The goal is not to make travel harder. The goal is to work with clients who value the advisor relationship and do not use the agency only to gather research before booking elsewhere.

What should I do if my flight is canceled or severely delayed?
Crisis and disruptions
What should I do if my flight is canceled or severely delayed?
Crisis and disruptions
First, check the airline app and airport screens. Then speak with the airline about rebooking options, meal or hotel support, baggage status, and refund eligibility if you choose not to travel.
Screenshot the cancellation or delay notice, keep receipts, and contact Crest & Cove Travel with your confirmation number, current location, airline options offered, and whether you are trying to continue, delay, or cancel the trip.
What if a major technology outage disrupts airlines, hotels, or airports?
Crisis and disruptions
What if a major technology outage disrupts airlines, hotels, or airports?
Crisis and disruptions
Treat a widespread technology outage differently than a normal single-flight delay. Airline systems, check-in systems, baggage systems, hotel systems, and support lines may all be overloaded at once.
- Screenshot your itinerary and confirmations.
- Save boarding passes and hotel confirmations offline.
- Do not repeatedly rebook without understanding refund or credit rules.
- Keep receipts for reasonable emergency expenses.
- Contact Crest & Cove Travel with one clear factual update.
What if an airline shuts down or stops operating while I am traveling?
Crisis and disruptions
What if an airline shuts down or stops operating while I am traveling?
Crisis and disruptions
If a carrier suddenly stops operating, your first priority is safe lodging, food, ground transportation if needed, and a realistic replacement route. Do not assume the original airline can assist if operations have stopped.
Preserve proof of purchase, cancellation notices, receipts, and any public statement from the airline. Contact Crest & Cove Travel with your location, affected travelers, original route, booking reference, and whether you need immediate return travel or can wait for lower-cost options.

Can Crest & Cove help with groups, school trips, weddings, or cruises?
Groups, schools, weddings
Yes. Crest & Cove Travel can assist with group travel, destination weddings, cruise groups, school cultural trips, exchange-related travel, and family or milestone gatherings.
Group travel needs more structure than individual travel. Expect deadlines, rooming lists, traveler names, deposit schedules, documents, terms, and communication rules to be more formal.
What documents should I keep with me while traveling?
Documents and preparation
What documents should I keep with me while traveling?
Documents and preparation
Keep digital and offline access to your itinerary, confirmation numbers, passport copy, travel protection details, emergency contacts, hotel addresses, transfer details, cruise documents, tour vouchers, and airline record locators.
Save important documents before you leave home. Airport Wi-Fi, roaming data, apps, and supplier systems may not be available during a disruption.
Travel better prepared
Questions are welcome before the trip becomes urgent.
The best time to ask about documents, payments, supplier rules, travel protection, destination concerns, and crisis planning is before departure.
